Learning THIS... totally transformed my backhand💡I use to really struggle with my backhand... it just wasn't super consistent, I didn't really have any kind of weapon that made it threatening to my opponents. What ended up happening is I'd go to rec play, people would end up just targeting my backhand and it would go something like this- I'd dink it cross court until I made an unforced error, I'd pop it up and they'd put the ball away- rinse and repeat.
